Recruitment Research™ is the flagship of our research programs & can be used for all positions, from entry to executive levels, in the field or at corporate. With Recruitment Research™, we conduct an intensive first interview, followed up by a second re-qualifying interview within 48 hours. The second interview is conducted by Research Management to re-qualify the information gathered during the first interview, answer any additional questions & verify interest in the opportunity being presented.
When we e-mail/ fax over a candidate’s profile, they have gone through 2 interviews, meet your criteria & are expecting a call to continue the interview process. We recommend that contact be initiated within 24-48 hours.

| Recruitment Research™ Lite |

Recruitment Research™ Lite is used by the majority of our client-partners in lieu of want ads/ internet postings, mostly for entry & junior level positions. We have a "lite" conversation with individuals for 5-10 minutes. We present opportunity, obtain pertinent information (current compensation, years of experience, education, etc.) & determine interest in opportunity. Individuals that meet the basic criteria & are interested in the company/ opportunity are classified as "Call Back Requested (CBR)." The CBR information is sent quickly, so individuals can be put into the hiring process as soon as possible.
With Recruitment Research™ Lite you do not receive a detailed candidate profile & these individuals do not pass through a second re-qualifying interview. There are typically more individuals noted in the report, but less information is gathered on each candidate (as compared to Recruitment Research™). Being very pro-active & re-selling individuals on the opportunity is even more important with Recruitment Research™ Lite.

Recruitment Research™ Lite II provides the client with an additional qualifying call that takes place 24-48 hours after the researcher’s initial conversation with the prospective candidate. The purpose of this additional call is to verify interest level & re-sell the opportunity.

| NameGen™ / Organizational Charts™ |

NameGen™ is beneficial to clients interested in having a list of direct contact names of individuals holding positions with titles similar to their job openings. Researchers do not present the opportunity to targeted individuals. The researcher identifies the appropriate individuals in the companies requested by the client. These assignments will have more individuals identified than our other levels of service (within the same amount of research hours), which allows the client to sell the opportunity without time constraints & to recruit from the Recruitment Research™ Report in the future. Assignments can also take the form of Organizational Charts™ that indicate names, titles & reporting relationships within targeted companies or departments.
